THE PROJECT

Studio Introzzi took care of a number of interventions for Fiera Milano S.p.A., in area of the historical Milan’s fairgrounds and for the Area Portello’s extension (now Fieramilanocity, Fiera Milano’s downtown exhibition venue).

• Roof technological adaptation, Pavillon 35-2-3
• Structural design of Area Portello’s extension. Calculation of the cast-in-situ concrete structures and design of the prefabricated façade
• Renovation of parade halls of Pavillons 29 and 30
• Structural engineerig and drafting of the working design of the bridges between Pavillions 35 and 30
• Structural engineerig and drafting of the working design of the towers A-B and of the tower of Largo XIII
• Preliminary design for the renovation works of Viale Industria, Pavillon 35-2 and underground garages
• Working plan and job-site management for the renowation works of Pavillion 35, building which dates back to the year 1926
• Architectural design and structural engineerig of the elevated walkways connecting the fairgrounds with the new Area Portello. Draft of the tender documentation
• Architectural design and structural engineerig of the elevated walkway of Pavillon 11
• Architectural design and structural engineerig of the tower of Viale del Lavoro and elevated walkway of Pavillon 13
• Preliminary and working design for the renovation works of Pavillon 21 (ex Pavillons 2 and 3), including static upgrade and coplanarity adjustment works of the buildings constructed in 1940
